The downside would be having your sewer pipe cracked (thankfully repaired within a few hours) and your internet line severed (and still unfixed) by the said CAT. Thank heavens for our sweet neighbor, Jocelyn who is letting us use her Wi-Fi in the interim.
Since it's Alex's birthday in a few weeks I had to start my blog catchup with this post. He sure LOVES his mighty machines :0)

I loved this as him seeing a *regular* cat in the front yard would not be his mom's first pick. ;) Someday, you, too, will own a cat, just maybe not a big scary one like Kitkat. :) Love you, Sar!
