Holding our Happiness Hostage.

The other day I had the thought that I often hold my happiness hostage.  Albeit unintentional, it's something I'd like to be more aware of in the moment so I can choose differently.  Instead of waiting for all my dishes to be done, you boys to be a little calmer, my muffin top to be gone ;0)...basically instead of waiting for everything to be "just right", I want to choose happiness today, right NOW.  I want to say goodbye to the unreachable ultimatums or near constant negotiating with myself and say hello to a happier me.  What holds your happiness hostage?
